activities so that the individual not only sharpens his skills but ingrains
into himself the qualities that are indispensable for future
Managers.

CURRICULAR
ACTIVITIES | |
For overall
growth of students, the Institute undertakes the following
activities:

Case studies for virtual simulation of
business conditions, for the students to develop business strategies and
their implementation.

Industrial tours to familiarize the students
with industry.

Guest lectures by eminent academicians,
experts and executives from Industry.

Group discussions to simulate organizational
behaviour.

Project work.

Organizational studies and surveys.

Role Plays.
The Institute organizes
intercollegiate debates-one for Intermediate colleges and one for Degree
colleges every year. The objective of conducting these debates is
to enable the students gain confidence in public speaking, get the
knowledge of the ground realities on a particular topic, develop their
personality etc. Last year the institute conducted one debate, the
topics of which was "Is Telivision spoiling our youth ?" .
The Institute also
organizes Seminars to enhance interaction of students with industry and
academicians. Several National & International Seminars on the following
topics have been conducted:
- Human Resource as
Co-venturist.
- Second Generation Reforms.

With frequent Group
Discussions, Seminars, Quizzes, Extempores, Role Plays, Action Research, Case
Studies & Industrial Visits, students receive regular inputs in
personality development to help them interact with confidence and poise, and
also address the problems in a business like manner.

The Institute celebrated a two day Annual Function – Goonj
2006 , on 8th & 9th Feb. 2006. In this function,
lots of co-curricular activities like Management Games, Quizzes, Group, Solo,
Folk & Classical Dances & Songs, Just a Minute, Rangoli, Mehandi
specifically for girl students and many other items were
there.
The Institute invited Management Institutes of not only our
province, but from other provinces as well. Fifteen teams participated in the
function. To name a few teams had come from Agra, Aligarh & Mathura.
